Terms of Service
1. The service
Decision Engine takes a question you are weighing, has a panel of AI advisors argue both sides, asks you the questions that would most change the call, and returns a judged verdict you can keep on the record. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Decision support, not advice
Verdicts are generated by AI models and are decision support — not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. Every verdict states its confidence, its risks, and what would change it, precisely because you remain the decision-maker. You are responsible for the calls you make.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google or with a single-use email link. Keep access to that email account secure — anyone who can read your inbox can request a sign-in link. Tell us at netta@decisionenginehq.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law or to harm others; don't submit other people's personal data you have no right to share; don't attempt to reverse-engineer the service, extract its prompts, or scrape it; and don't resell its output as your own product. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your content
Your questions, attachments, and outcome reviews remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service on them — processing them through our AI provider, storing them in your account, and showing them to the people you choose to share a decision with.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; if a change matters, we will give notice in the app or by email. Free access, where offered, may be limited or withdrawn.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
