Terms of Service

1. What Decision Engine is
Decision Engine is an informational tool. It uses AI advisors to argue multiple sides of a decision you describe, and an AI judge to summarize a recommendation. The output is generated by AI models and may be incomplete or wrong.
2. Not professional advice
Nothing produced by the service is professional financial, legal, medical, tax, or other advice, and no output creates an advisor–client relationship of any kind. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for verifying anything you rely on. For consequential matters, consult a qualified professional.
3. Accounts and plans
You must provide accurate information to create an account, and you are responsible for activity under it. Usage limits are enforced per plan and counted on our servers. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent limits. The service is currently offered to customers in the United States.
4. Billing, trials, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor (Stripe), and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Where a free trial is offered, you can cancel during the trial and pay nothing. Top-up packs are one-time purchases and don't renew. Except where required by law, payments are not refunded pro-rata for unused time; if something went wrong with a charge, email netta.kidan@gmail.com and we'll make it right. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to generate prohibited content, or in ways that violate the rights of others. Do not scrape the service, access it with automated tools other than your browser, probe or reverse-engineer it, attempt to extract its underlying prompts, models, or evaluation methods, or resell its output as a competing service. We may rate-limit or terminate access for misuse.
6. Your content and our IP
The decisions you enter remain yours; you give us the limited license needed to process them and show you (and the people you invite) the results. The service itself — its software, design, prompts, and methodology — is our intellectual property and remains protected by copyright and trade-secret law.
7. Your data
You can download your data or permanently delete your account from the account page at any time — see the Privacy Policy for details. Business customers can request a data processing agreement at the address above.
8. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll give notice (e.g. by email or in the app) before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept the revised terms.
