Privacy Policy

We collect your account email and name, the decision questions and any attachments you submit, the AI-generated results, the outcome reviews you record, and — if you use the Circle of Friends — the names and email addresses of people you invite. Decision questions can be personal, so treat what you enter accordingly. We don't use third-party advertising or analytics trackers; the only cookie we set is the session cookie that keeps you signed in.

We use your data to operate the service: authenticating you, running the AI panel, enforcing plan limits, sending the transactional emails you can switch off on the account page, and (on paid plans) saving your history so you can reopen past decisions. We do not sell your personal data, and your decision questions are not used to train AI models without your consent.

A small set of processors run the service on our behalf: Anthropic (the AI provider that generates results — your decision text is sent to it for processing), Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments — we never see or store your card number), Vercel (application hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what its job requires. Beyond these, we share data only when you direct it (see below) or as required by law.

When you invite someone to weigh in on a decision, that decision's content is shared with them (by link, and by email if you add their address). If you leave a verdict on someone else's shared decision, your take becomes part of their record of that decision and stays with it even if you later delete your account.

Your data is retained while your account exists. On paid plans your decision history is kept until you delete it or close your account; on the Free plan, decisions aren't saved to history — but if you share a decision with your Circle of Friends (or Sounding Board), that shared copy is stored so the people you invite can view and weigh in on it. You can permanently delete your account yourself from the account page: it takes effect immediately and removes your account, history, circle, and the decisions you've shared. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

You can exercise the two big ones yourself, right now, on the account page: download everything we hold about you as a JSON file, or permanently delete your account. Depending on where you live you may have further rights (correction, restriction, portability, objection); email netta.kidan@gmail.com and we'll honor them. Business customers can request a data processing agreement at the same address. If we ever suffer a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you without undue delay.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll give notice in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
